Strategies and Tools to Create a Life You Were Meant to Live

I will be teaching a 6-week course at the McLean Community Center starting on Wed, 3/30 from 7:30 – 9 pm. This is something that I really enjoy doing and am very much looking forward to. I have taught this course in a two-hour format a number of times for different audiences, and even in Russian at the Library of Congress. This is the first 6-week version of this course. Here is the description as published in the MCC Catalogue:

NEW! Strategies and Tools to Create a Life You Were Meant to Live

Do you ever wonder “Is this all there is to life?” At the end of this course you will achieve a goal that represents who you truly are. You will discover what brings you joy, whether your life is aligned with your values, and set two inspiring goals. You will learn tools necessary to succeed, such as time management, the art of saying “no” and overcoming perfectionism and procrastination. Facilitated weekly meetings will help you uncover what’s holding you back, give you accountability, support and motivation. Instructor: Julia Karpeisky (M.S., M.A.) is a Franklin Covey Certified Coach and is the President of JMK Contact, Inc.

6 1.5-hr. lessons, $90/$99 nonresidents
